I kicked off the @neontalk Instagram account as a way to explore human interaction on social platforms and connect with others who shared my love for 80s music, design, art, and fashion. What began as a playful celebration of retro-inspired geekiness quickly grew beyond anything I imagined. The account really took off when I began creating mashups and edits of vintage clips paired with music — years before the TikTok trend made the format mainstream.
Today thousands of celebrities follow. From superstars like ASAP Rocky, Katy Perry, Seth Rogen, Jessica Alba, Orlando Bloom to indie projects like Future Islands, Chromeo and Watchanish. Previous collab partners: Gucci, Netflix, NBC and Teenage Engineering. Also mentioned in the press: Elle Decor, GQ, W Magazine and ArchDigest.

When I did my research for aesthetic 80s and 90s content for Neon Talk, I found a lot of forgotten treasures from other decades as well. Therefor @concepttalk was created, this was also a lab how I could cross advertise this account with followers from my other account. It was easier than I thought to get a nice follow base, and today, I cross advertise both accounts. The fun thing is that Concept Talk have its own fans aswell, like Tame Impala, Billy Idol and Norman Reedus and many more.

The intentional idea was for me to work mainly with the UI/UX, but I also became “the marketing guy”. And based on my experience from my other accounts, I got one idea what could work to promote the app. Trädgårdshacks, short and catchy clips of gardening tricks. And still today, Filip posting daily, and it is doing really well. Happy to see that! A lot have changed since i quit the project, but the soul of the concept is still going strong.

Rugvista sought assistance with UX, Visual Design, and branding. Being one of Google Sweden's major clients, Rugvista attracts substantial traffic, which translates to valuable data for their websites. As a data-driven company, Rugvista and I collaborated on testing various solutions and implementing design tweaks through A/B and occasional C-testing. Through this process, we discovered how even small changes could positively impact revenue and client engagement. Initially, the team comprised only three members, but it has since grown to over 20 individuals.

Kronaby specializes in crafting connected watches that seamlessly blend analog elegance with a touch of classic design. I had the opportunity to work within a cross-functional team encompassing product designers, engineers, photographers, and UX designers. I recently reached the milestone of 10,000 orders with NeonTalk.com, my e-commerce project where I combined creativity with digital strategy. Through building and managing the platform, I gained hands-on experience in SEO optimization, improving search visibility and organic reach. I also worked with data analytics to track user behavior and optimize conversions. A big part of the journey was collaborating with different artists, curating unique products, and creating engaging campaigns. This project taught me how to blend technical skills with creative partnerships and how to grow an online brand from the ground up.

Decore Deco is one of my other projects, offering exclusive, limited-edition woven blankets and wall hangings crafted from 100% U.S. cotton or pure European wool. Each piece is designed in collaboration with both established and emerging artists, blending fine art with functional home décor. The products serve as versatile creations—whether as a cozy throw, a striking wall statement, or a collectible artwork. Behind the scenes, I also implemented warehouse automation, streamlining logistics and ensuring efficient order fulfillment.

I collaborated closely with Telia, a significant client with a vast customer base in Sweden. My work spanned diverse tasks, from shaping digital marketing campaigns to driving e-mail marketing strategies. I operated in both B2B and B2C domains, crafting visuals that resonated with diverse audiences. A key focus was enhancing the telia.se platform, a primary touchpoint, to ensure an engaging user experience. I also created one of the first interactive iPad magazines for Kjell & Company.

My accounts Neon Talk and Concept Talk have grown to an audience of over 1 million followers. I also developed the concept for the Swedish account Trädgårdshacks (Gardenr), which currently has 69K followers.
I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with global brands such as Netflix, Gucci, NBC, and Teenage Engineering, gaining valuable insight into how major brands communicate and create.
Earlier in my career, I designed Facebook apps for Rum21 and Åkesson Vin — outdated today, but they marked an important starting point in my journey as a digital creator.

I use ChatGPT regularly, but what really excites me is exploring tools like Midjourney, Wan, Hailuo, Seedance, Kling, and more. I run various lab projects to experiment, learn, and gain deeper control and understanding of each platform.

I started my career in the print industry, and also worked at a printing house. Paper textures and weights was very important to me. Today digital products is dominating, but I love to do som packaging or brochure design from time to time.

Who am I?
I’m a Freelance designer based in Malmö, Sweden. When I’m not busy with work, I love spending time with my family, going on roadtrips, visit interesting places, galleries and hang out with friends. I’m really into vintage furniture and interior design, and I’m pretty good at doing good deals at the flea markets.
Looking ahead
With a long background in Digital Design and Social Media, I’m excited to focus more on the bigger picture — strategy, ideas, and concepts. I’ll always keep the end-user and the client’s goals at the heart of what I do, but now I want to use my experience to help shape creative directions, spark new ideas, and create work that truly connects with people. I’m currently looking for opportunities as a freelancer or in an employed role, where I can contribute my skills and grow alongside inspiring teams and projects.
